What will you do:
- Assist passengers in air ticket reservations (booking changes, cancellations). Incoming call line and written communication;
- Advise customers about airline services;
- Regulate issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
- Upper-intermediate German level, Intermediate English level
- Willingness to learn new things, interest in the field of aviation and travel.
- Empathy, sociability, responsibility, focus on growth and results.
