We are currently looking for to your team Technical support specialist.

The main task is to centrally collect and process requests from users of the 1C software product, namely:

1. accept calls/letters with requests;
2. identify the request, determine the problem qualitatively and in detail;
3. take the necessary measures to solve the problem (on your own/by with the help of the manager);
4. provide high-quality feedback to the user;
5. analyze the reasons for the request, how it was resolved and how it can be avoided in the future;
6. provide report.

• communicability, responsibility and obligation;< /li>
• experience in 1C will be an advantage;
• technical and analytical mind.
