Here are the key tasks of the position:

  • Communication with users (banks) through e-mail and ticket channels
  • Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of bank-related issues and resolutions.
  • Registering all interactions and maintaining accurate records of communications with banks in the ticketing system.
  • Collaboration with internal teams as necessary to escalate and resolve complex issues that may arise from banks contacting us, such as simple and critical changes ;

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Advanced English level (С1);
  • Desire to learn new things;
  • Empathy, sociability, responsibility, focus on growth and results;
  • Experience in Customer Support will be an advantage
