We are actively developing and expanding the customer support representative team.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You know English (level B1 and above) ;
• You are fluent in Czech;
• You have good communication skills, ready to learn, develop, quickly learn new information;
• Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage.

What will you do?

• Help passengers and drivers in written and verbal communication. Tickets/chats;
• Advise customers about company services in written and verbal communication
• Keep reports, work documents, registers.
