We are TaxBox, a product in fintech and accounting domain. We create services for entrepreneurs and accountants that help them systematically work with taxes, accounting and financial processes.
Our product helps entrepreneurs to keep bookkeeping easier, submit reports and deal with tax processes without unnecessary stress.
We are currently looking for a care service specialist who:
Will advise users of the TaxBox service via chat, messengers or service desk.
It will help customers understand how the service works (registration, use of functions, basic accounting processes).
Will process user appeals and requests.
Will refer more complex technical or accounting issues to appropriate specialists.
Will work with knowledge base and instructions.
Fix the request in the support system.
Will provide feedback to the product team regarding user issues and service improvement opportunities.
Liked to communicate with people and help them.
Could explain complex things in simple words.
They were attentive to details.
Don't get lost when several tasks appear at the same time.
They were open to new knowledge and changes.
They had good oral and written Ukrainian.
Had experience working in customer support or a call center (will be an advantage).
Confidently used a PC (Google Docs, messengers, online services).
Able to quickly find information and work with instructions.
Will be a plus:
Experience with CRM or service desk systems.
Experience in fintech, accounting or SaaS products.
Understanding the work of the FOP in Ukraine (taxes, reporting, EES, etc.).
Experience with online support chats or Telegram/Helpdesk.

Shift schedule — 8 hours at 5/2, or 12 hours at 2/2.
