What will be included in your duties?

  • Support customers via e-mail and chat: prompt answers to questions about the company's products and services.
  • Helping customers by phone (up to 15% of working time).
  • Responding to requests and solving customer problems, in particular redirecting complex technical and financial issues to the relevant departments.
