Now looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the German language.

What expect:

- advanced German (B2), spoken and written;

high level of communication and writing skills: ability

- communicate with customers on the phone, work with calls and resolve issues through electronic correspondence; >

- high level of stress resistance;

Would be a plus:

- work experience in a similar position;

- ability to type quickly;

- competent and quick construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;

Your daily tasks will be:

- communication with customers through chats, emails and calls;

- solving simple technical issues, for example, restoring access to of the account in case the customer forgot the password;

- help with verification or registration;

- resolving issues with payment and other similar requests.

- redirection of requests for solving technical and financial difficulties customers to other departments of the company, receiving feedback for further information to the client.
