Customer support / Customer service manager in GoIT

Our core product is an LMS (Learning Management System) application that allows you to automatically check students' code and makes the online learning process gamified. 

In 2023, our LMS won the "Product of the day" and "Product of the week" on the international startup platform Product Hunt. The company unites 600+ people and we don't plan to stop.

For nowGoIT UA is looking for a Client Happiness Manager, aka Customer support / Client service manager.

Your daily functionality:

• solve organizational issues with students and the team in a timely manner; 

• maintain constant online communication with students and provideprovide them with comprehensive informational support;

• provide every student with access to all educational materials;

• monitor students' timely completion of homework, track their progress and learning results;

• administer group chats and teachers;

• take care of a comfortable service for students during classes;

• attend students' classes and help quickly solve problems that may arise during classes;

• lead group rating and motivate students to study;

• systematically conduct student surveys to understand their level of satisfaction with education, and actively propose ideas for improving the service;

• organize the project defense process and graduation for groups that complete their studies.

This job is for those who:

• has experience in customer service from 1 year(experience in Edtech will be a significant advantage)

• has excellent organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility;

• knows how to work for the result and achieve his goal;

• likes to communicate with people, easily and with pleasure finds a common language with any interlocutor;

• is interested in modern technologies and wants to develop in the IT field.
