Marketing Manager/BUM OTS (office work)

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education, education in the field of marketing is an additional plus;
• Successful proven experience in OTC marketing for at least 3 years (ideally vitamins);
• Speaks English, level not lower than C1 (Proficient User);
• Result-oriented, communicative.

Functional duties:

• Development and implementation of the marketing plan of the curation portfolio, annual renewal;
• Complete and independent positioning of the product line;
• P&L management of the entire product portfolio;

• Forecasting sales volumes, developing and implementing a sales strategy;
• Achieving market share targets, working on the development of brand awareness and success tracking mechanisms;
• Defining a communication and promotional strategy for curation products;
• Preparation and responsibility for budget implementation;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the chosen strategy and specific promotional actions.
