We are currently looking for a Manager with customer support, which will carry out the most responsible mission - to provide assistance to our users in online chat and help them solve their problems.< /p>

Responsibilities:
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Communicate with clients about legal issues in English . 
Process up to three chats with clients at the beginning there will be 1 chat at a time).
—Follow all the necessary instructions to provide quality services.

What skills are required:
Knowledge of the English language: Upper Intermediate (B2);
—Basic PC proficiency.

It will be a plus:
—Experience working in customer support or billing support teams;
— Availability of legal dwork or legal education education;
Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will greatly facilitate your life in the first days of work;

Minimum system requirements:
—Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;
—Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;
—Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater ;
—At least 5 GB of RAM;
—Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
