FTTB Technical Support Specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Purpose of the position:Increasing the subscriber base in its area of ​​responsibility by controlling the processes of connection and customer service, modernization and support of the FTTB access network.

• To control the terms of network restoration and to confirm the authenticity of the volumes of materials used during emergency recovery works;
• To conduct a search and submit for approval prospective addresses for the construction of new network facilities FTTB;
• To control the progress of construction and installation works and to provide support to the GPO in the construction process;
• To check the volume and quality of the performed works and to draw up an audit protocol;
• Check executive documentation of built objects;
• Submit proposals regarding the construction of passive indoor infrastructure (LCD, VBSS), agree, control the progress of BMR implementation and take into operation
• Control the progress of planned and preventive works (PPR) on the access network in accordance with the approved scheduler;
• Control the capacity of subscriber ports and, if necessary, create a Change in the TTWOs system for installing additional switches.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher, preferably technical;
• Work experience: preferably in the field of construction, maintenance of telecommunication networks;
• Availability of own car, willingness to use it for official purposes. Expenses will be compensated;
• PC: confident user of MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office;
