Your duties:
- Provide qualified customer support via e-mail and chat, answer for questions about the company's products and services, sometimes also consultation in telephone mode(up to 15% of the volume of work);
- Respond to customer requests and solve their problems;
- Transferring requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users , receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users;
- Informing about detected problems or errors on supported resources. Our candidate: Fluent in Polish (level B2 strong>and above);
- Knowledge of PC at the level of a confident user;
- Has highly developed written and verbal skills;
- Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage.
