Customer support manager (full remote) in Gamicorp

We will teach everything, share theoretical information, conduct practical lessons, and there will also be an internship. You will be able to master a new profession, you will work in a friendly team with possible career growth.

Working conditions:

• 12 hour shifts, 15-16 shifts per month, from 8 to 8 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (there are night shifts)
• payment 1,000 hryvnias/shift and then the calculation will be according to the cf.
• remote work - paid vacation 20 days a year
• remuneration from the first working day
• training is paid in the same way as a shift

Requirements:

• knowledge of English at the level Intermediate and above;
• availability of a laptop or computer, electricity and the Internet;
• desire to grow in a friendly team;
• basic skills to do with Excel and other standard programs.

Responsibilities:

• Answer users' questions in text (gambling/betting domain);
• Use standard answer templates and adapt them to the user's request.
