UI/IX DESIGNER Team Lead in WinWork

We are looking forUI/IX DESIGNER Team Leadfor a software development company specializing in internet development -stores, web applications, websites and mobile applications.

Conditions:

• Competitive level salary.
• Schedule: MON-FRI, the need to be in the office from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the remaining 2.5 hours at any time during the day.
• Work in a modern office in the center of Vinnytsia; 
• Regular team events, interesting trainings for development, English language lessons, team building, presentations on exchange of experience.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Check the work of the design team, give useful feedback and help them grow.
• Be a mentor to the designers, helping them develop and improve their skills.
• Identify places where work can be optimized and new solutions implemented.
• Work closely with project managers and developers to achieve common goals.
• Help implement and maintain design systems so that everything looks cohesive and agreed.
• Responsibility for all design materials of the company and support of our identity.
• Creating a convenient and logical user experience that simultaneously meets the requirements of search engines to improve the visibility of the site.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a team leader in a design team.
• Ability to justify the design of a solution and present your work.
• Experience with E-Commerce projects
• English level not lower than B2.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different teams. 
• Attention to details.
• Experience in integrating SEO principles into user experience design
• Experience in creating design concepts and identities
• Experience in cooperation with by the development team
