Tasks:
- Organization and coordination of the work of the service department;
- Interaction with customers regarding IT infrastructure support;
- Control and analysis of the quality of the services provided;
- Solving technical issues and consulting users.
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more;
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of technical aspects of the IT field;
- Excellent organizational skills.
