Just look at what clients and partners are saying about us :) Your skills: Hard: Competent written Taus language. The skill of working with a PC is on par with an advanced user. It will be a plus: English at B2 level, understanding of SEO, PPC, web analytics, IP telephony, CRM Soft: Persistence. Ability to study/self-study. Desire to help people. If you learn more, great, it will be easier for you. If not, we will teach you and "conduct an engagement". Your tasks: To handle the customer's appeals in the telephone mode (95% of the appeals are answered). Help our users set up projects. Work with the knowledge base (updating and writing instructions). Work with the CRM system for communication with other departments of our team. To record for the development team the wishes of the customers and the problems faced by the customers.
