Job Description

< strong>Main responsibilities:
Consultation and support of the company's clients regarding bulk SMS services.

Management of client requests: reception, processing, coordination of issue resolution.

Conducting business correspondence and telephone conversations.

Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Coordination with the technical department to solve problems and optimize the work process of clients.

Collection of feedback from clients and analysis of their satisfaction.

Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency of work with clients.

Requirements:

Experience of working with clients from 1 year (preferably in the field telecommunications or digital marketing).
Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Understanding the fundamentals of SMS traffic, mass mailings and marketing campaigns will be an advantage.
Ability to learn quickly and understand technical details.
High level PC skills (CRM, office programs, communication services).
Customer orientation, ability to solve problems and propose solutions.
High responsibility, organization and ability to work independently .
ENGLISH spoken and written (no lower than Intermediate); 
Higher education (economic or technical);
