Support Specialist (work with reviews) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT - companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with our co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a responsible and creative moderator to interact with users in one of our portfolio businesses.

What tasks await you:
— Respond to feedback left by users, focusing on scripts;
— Cooperate with the customer support team to solve individual cases;
— Respond to comments and messages from users in the profiles of various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit , Medium, Tik Tok);
— Use various sales techniques (upsells) to attract users to the platform and increase their performance;
— Monitor metrics and report design.

Requirements for the candidate: - Fluency in written English from B1 level;
— Strong skills of lively, polite, meaningful and creative communication;
— Experience in working with social networks or copywriting will be a plus.

Working conditions:
— Schedule 5/2; remote format, fixed time shifts;
— Team work with the possibility of functional growth;
— Fixed salary.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charitable foundation SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
