Join Join UP! in the role of Customer Care Specialist.

The role involves:

• Processing requests from tourists and Join UP! agents;
• Receiving incoming calls;
• Searching and offering optimal solutions for customers;
• Implementing outgoing informational campaigns;
• Informing customers in case of changes to the flight program;
• Working with the system reservations (confirmation of reservations, making corrections, acceptance of guarantee letters, etc.);
• Working with partners and airlines to resolve customer issues;
• Resolving force majeure situations (flight delays, no-boarding, overbooking, non-accommodation, problems of tourists on vacation, etc.).

We expect from you:

• Competent oral and written communication;
• Experience in working with clients and processing objections;
• Experience in the field of tourism or aviation will be an advantage;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, high level of English;
• Experience in working with CRM systems will be an advantage.
