Requirements

  • One of the languages:German / Spanish / Portuguese / Polish - level B2-C1 (oral and written)
  • Communication and customer orientation
  • Ability to work with stressful situations
  • Experience in support - will be a plus not mandatory
  • Willingness to work with gambling product

Work schedule

  • Remote work
  • Shift schedule (day / evening / night changes)
  • The schedule is formed in advance

Your daily tasks will be:

  • communication with clients via chats, emails and less often calls;
  • resolving simple technical issues, for example, restoring access to the account in case the customer forgot the password;
  • assistance with verification or registration;
  • resolving payment issues and other similar requests;
  • redirecting requests for solving technical and financial difficulties of customers to other departments of the company, receiving feedback for further information client
