- MUST speak English - minimum level B2.
- Customer-oriented, open and sociable.
- Communicative, responsible, focused on results.
- Ready to workminimum 140 hours per month. The project works 24/7.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Consulting (< b style="font-weight: 700">incoming line ONLY calls + correspondence)
- First contact with customers and support customers in finding information about flight schedule, route, date of flight and reservation system .
- Supporting customers in the complaint process.
- Supporting customers at every stage of their journey.
- Providing appropriate assistance to people with special needs.
