Romsat-Service is looking for a Customer Support Manager with knowledge of the English language at level B1 and above - a support master, a guide to the universe of our services and an advisor for customers! You will become the main assistant for our customers, supporting them in matters of repair, maintenance and even in technical nuances that often need a little "magic" to explain. Your days will be spent communicating with customers in chats and instant messengers, where you will help solve queries quickly and efficiently.
