Convenient schedule with floating weekends (5/2) from 9:00 - 18:00/09:30 - 18:30

Internship is paid from the first day of training -lasts 2 months. 

Step by step adaptation to the position. 
At first, you will undergo training under the guidance of an experienced trainer, combining theoreticno classes and practical tasks. During the training process, you will have the opportunity to test your knowledge through practice, receiving support from the team at every stage. 
After successful completion of training, you will be assigned a supervisor who will always provide assistance and promote further development in the company. Also, there is a large Knowledge Base, where you can read the information at any time.

Any idea you have will be heard,and if it helps to improve our work, we will implement it.

Now about the expectations from the specialist I am looking for:

  • Experience with clients is not mandatory, we provide full training
  • You learn new things quickly
  • Communicable and able chirp like a nightingale
  • Attention to detail and have basic technical skills
  • Have a strong desire to develop and improve

What you will be doing:

  • Take customer inquiries over the phone and assist with technical issues.
  • Perform initial diagnosis of difficulties and provide quick recovery solutions.
  • Remotely connect to customer equipment to verify settings and fix malfunctions.
  • Advise users on the correct use of the company's products.
  • In case of more complex requests, transfer them to the second support line.

What can you do learn to:

  • Effectively resolve technical issues and quickly find the cause of complexity.
  • Work with modern IP telephony technologies and equipment.
  • Interact with customers and improve skills communications.
  • Perform diagnostics and configure equipment remotely.
  • Collaborate with the team and transfer complex cases to the second line of support.
  • Develop your knowledge in the field of technical support and telecommunications.
