What will you do:

  • Accept inquiries from customers over the phone and assist with technical issues.
  • Perform initial diagnosis of difficulties and provide quick recovery solutions.
  • Connect to customer equipment remotely to check settings and correct malfunctions.
  • Advise users about the correct work with the company's products.
  • In case of more complex requests, transfer them to the second support line.

  • Experience working with customers is not necessary, we provide full training
  • You learn new things quickly
  • Communicable and able to chirp like a nightingale
  • Attentive to details and have basic technical skills
  • Have a strong desire to develop and improve

What we have:

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Convenient schedule with floating weekends (5/2) from 9:00 - 18:00/09:30 - 18:30
  • Financial stability — official employment from the first day, salary twice a month without delays, 24 days of paid vacation, paid sick leave under KZpP.

  • Internship opaid from the first day of training -lasts 2 months. 

Step-by-step adaptation to the position.
At first, you will undergo training under the guidance of an experienced trainer, combining theoretical classes and practical tasks. During the training process, you will have the opportunity to test your knowledge through practice, receiving support from the team at each stage. 
After upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned a supervisor who will always provide assistance and promote further development in the company. Also, there is a large Knowledge Base where you can consult information at any time.

Any idea you have will be heardand if it helps to improve our work, we will implement it.

What you can learn:

  • Effectively solve technical issues and quickly find the cause of complexity.
  • Work with modern technologies and equipment for IP telephony.
  • Interact with clients and improve communication skills.
