Customer support, contact center operator in UNL / Ukrayinska Nacionalna Lotereya

UKRAINIAN NATIONAL LOTTERY company is a leading operator of national lotteries since 1997. Despite the difficult period in the country, we are developing and expanding. In this regard, we are looking for Customer support for permanent employment.

Duties:

• consultation and assisting customers with our products and conditions;
• handling customer inquiries by phone, answering chats and email correspondence;
• registering inquiries, maintaining a database (CRM);
• forming and maintaining reports;

Requirements for candidates:

• pleasant tone of voice, clear diction, friendliness in communication with clients, sociability;
• competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;
• ability to learn quickly;
• willingness to work full time;
• confident PC user;
• active life position and the ability to work for results;
• high level of responsibility, honesty.
