Requirements:

• PC at the level of a confident user.
• Competent writing and oral communication .
• Responsibility and organization.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Required: English at an intermediate level (B1) .

Responsibilities:

• Answers to customers via chat: Ensuring quality and prompt service.
• Resolving requests: Reconciliation and solving customer requests.
• Consulting: Providing information support and consulting to customers.
• Monitoring: Analysis of customer feedback to improve the level of service.
