We are currently looking for an ambitious and purposeful Head of the Marketing Department who will play one of the key roles in the development of our company.

Your main tasks:

• Market and competitor analysis, development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote and improve the image of the company and brand.
• Development and implementation of advertising campaigns on the Internet (SEO, contextual advertising, social media, etc.).
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities and their improvement.
• Team management, training and motivation of subordinates.

Desired experience:

• Experience in marketing from 1 year.
• Experience in managing the marketing department and contractors.

• Experience in strategy development and social media promotion (SMM).
• Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Experience in communications with contractors.

• Format of work: in the office or remotely.
• Salary, which consists of a rate of 12,000-25 000 UAH/month (depends on your experience) and bonuses of UAH 5,000-25,000 for additional results.

The rate will depend on of your experience and skills, and this is a guaranteed amount that you will receive in cash for a month.

The bonuses will depend entirely on your performance.
