Working conditions:

Fixed salary in the amount of: UAH 16,000 per month and a bonus systemWorking schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 (there is an opportunity to work remotely!)We train candidates without work experience!Location: m. Beresteska, private territoryWhat you will do:
- Provide consulting support to customers on our products and services;
li>Resolve customer requests and problems, providing them with high standards of service;Carry out registration and verification with customers on the site;Interact with various departments of the company to ensure quality processing of requests clients;
Required experience:
- Experience working with clients in the field information technology will be an advantage (candidates without experience are trained for free for 5 days, the course starts every Monday);
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changes.
