Customer Support (outgoing line) in Risk Inc.

RISK international iGaming company with 600+ professionals in 20+ locations, we work in 10 countries, serving more than 300,000 customers.

We are looking for ambitious, proactive and result-oriented Customer Support managers! 

What tasks will need to be performed? 

• Customer consultation by phone (warm base only)
• Transferring requests to related departments to solve complex issues.
• Working with objections, conflict situations.
• Fixing and processing applications in accordance with company rules.

What do we expect from candidates? 

• Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate with customers over the phone, politeness and attention to details in conversation.
• The ability to work with conflict situations — the ability to calmly respond to customer objections and effectively resolve possible conflicts.
• Responsibility and attention to detail - the ability to clearly record customer requests and process them according to company rules.
• Teamwork skills - the ability to interact with other departments to transfer requests and solve complex issues.
• Willingness to learn and develop - willingness to quickly learn new knowledge and skills in the process of work.
  
  Work experience is not required, however, willingness to learn and ability to work with clients will be an advantage.
