We offer a new, convenient format for renting apartments throughout Ukraine directly from the owners, as a profitable alternative to accommodation in hotels.

Our mission is to give customers the opportunity to travel around Ukraine cheaply and feel at home, even in the most remote corners of our country.

Doba.ua is looking for a customer service specialist.

Yours responsibilities:

• communication with existing customers and correspondence (incoming and outgoing calls, e-mail correspondence and communication in online chat);
• moderation of ads/feedback/complaints, verification of data entered by users on the site;
• work with new applications (for registration, connection of online booking, etc.);
• collection (search on the Internet) and filling the customer database (cold sales);
• monitoring of the site in order to detect any violations in the work, post-moderation of publicized ads;
• work in CRM, collecting constructive suggestions from customers.

Our ideal candidate:

• has experience in the field of sales or in a similar position;
• has a high level communication skills, competent speaking and writing in Ukrainian;
• stress-resistant and works easily in multitasking mode;
• responsible and independent;
• confident PC user.
