We are MOODua, and we create corporate merch that you want to wear.
MOODua has been making corporate gifts that you want to wear for over 5 years. We are trusted by 450+ companies, including Monobank, Grammarly, Raiffeisen Bank. We are creating a service that takes all the hassle out of customers: from the idea to the delivery of branded gifts directly to their hands.
Now we are looking for a manager who loves customers as much as we do. If you enjoy communication and service, read on.
What will you do (and do cool):
- Communicate with clients and build long-term relationships
- Make the client order again
- Increase customer loyalty and average check
- Coordinate work with the designer, logisticians, accounting
What we want to see:
Competent Ukrainian, understanding of business ethics
Ability to work in multitasking mode
Excellent communication skills and desire to work with people
Knowledge of Google Sheets
Finance: UAH 35,000 rate + % of orders + KPI
Schedule: after the trial period — hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Development: internal training, workshops, budget for courses
Comfort: modern office, corporate parties, gifts from MOODua
