We are looking for a specialist in work with our customers in a team in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Our ideal candidate:

• higher education, direction of logistics will be an advantage;

• knowledge of the English language, both oral and written, at least intermediate level;

• Knowledge of the German language is welcome;

• SAP knowledge is appreciated;

• analytical thinking skills;
• high interpersonal skills.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• work in the SAP system,

• systematic analysis of the status of current and open orders with suppliers/customers;

• systematic control of preservation of materials:

• maintaining systematic communication with the planning and production department, employees of the warehouse and the transport department regarding planned pick-ups/deliveries from suppliers/clients, placing orders with suppliers;

• systematic control of orders;

• configuration of agreements and orders in the SAP system;

• sending orders via EDI;
• systematic acceptance of returns and issuance of corrective invoices;
• configuration of basic data in the system.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8.30-17.00 (may be adjusted)

• systematic control of material safety,
• maintaining systematic contact with the production planning department, warehouse employees and the transport department regarding planned pick-ups / deliveries from suppliers / customers,
• placing orders with suppliers,
• systematic control of orders to suppliers / customers,
• setting up scheduling agreements and orders in the SAP system,
• sending orders via EDI,
• systematic acceptance of quality returns and issuing corrective invoices;
• setting up master data in the system.
