Heberit Trading LLP, a Ukrainian trading company of the concern, is looking for an enterprising person who wants to join to our logistics department team on full-time terms with work in the office in Kyiv.
DUTIES:
- Processing customer requests, placing orders in SAP .
- Participation in the preparation of contracts, agreements, specifications, invoices, bills of lading, maintaining documentary support for shipments.
- Working with electronic document management (EDIN).
- Cooperation with a transport company.
- Coordinating product delivery schedules, scheduling shipments and truck loading with customers and the concern's production facilities in Germany, Poland, and Ukraine.
- Preparation of necessary documents for importation.
- Preparation and presentation of reports to the sales department.
WE NEED AN EXPERT WITH:
- Experience of working with similar functionality from 1 year.
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level.
- High level of mastery of Excel tools.
- Work experience with SAP will be an advantage.
- Experience with EDI will be an advantage.

Our company has several interview stages:
