Direct manager, Sales manager (remote)

In connection with the scaling of the team, we are looking for an active and energetic specialist for the position of "Direct manager, Sales manager". If you love people and are able to bring every appeal to a logical conclusion, this job is for you!

Payment terms:

• Trial period (1 month): 10,000 UAH + bonuses based on the results of the month and the achievement of KPIs.

• After trial period: UAH 15,000 + bonuses based on monthly results and KPI achievement.

Employment:

Full time (remote, work from home)

• Willing to consider candidates without experience.

Basic requirements:

• Processing appeals.

• Communication with clients (letters, phone calls)

• Answers to comments.

• Performing small errands.

• Working with social networks in terms of communication: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube.

Terms of use:

• Graphic: Two shifts: 8:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00.

• Availability of phone, laptop or PC for work.

• Stable Internet access.

Duties:

• Communication with potential customers through messengers and social networks.

• Make and receive phone calls.

• Service advice and help choosing the best options.

• Formation and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients.

• Quick responses to customers (5-10 minutes).

• Entering orders in the CRM system or an Excel table.

• Using dialogue scripts with the ability to show empathy and interest in the client.

• Analyzing feedback and making recommendations to improve communication.

• Preparation of reports on completed work.
