We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will accompany the implementation of IT services, participate in planning and budgeting, actively interact with business partners and other participants in the framework of IT service management.

< strong style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">Responsibilities:

• Calculation of the cost of IT services according to the alternative pricing model of IT services; >
• Control of the timely execution of acts of IT services and closing of the period, control of the preparation and transfer of acts of service provision to the Customers, as well as the IT service implementation process in general;
• Jointly responsible for achieving the target level of Customer satisfaction and compliance with the terms of service provision (SLA);
• Interaction with business partners/Service Customers and other participants ;
• Assistance in preparation and the implementation of IT service provision acts and the overall timely closing of the reporting period.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of economics or finance, pricing, service cost calculations, high analytical skills;
• Desirable experience in systems:- for business process automation (SAP ERP / S4HANA);
• IT Service Management (ITSM);
