Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the relevant field of study - master's degree/specialist. 
• Experience in relevant positions - from 3 years.
• Experience in the field of procurement , including  on the electronic procurement platform Prozorro.
• Analytical work in Excel (using summary tables/diagrams) for internal management reporting.
• Knowledge of current legislation on construction, procurement of goods, works and services, contractual work.

Main functional responsibilities:      

• Organization and support of the procurement process of goods, works and services according to provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". 
• Organization of the formation, initiation and support of purchases in the Automated Procurement Management System "APS SMART" and further support of the procurement process in APS SMART and on the electronic procurement platform Prozorro.

• Market monitoring potential bidders, performing calculations of expected value; preparation of draft requests for price proposals.

• Evaluation of bidders' proposals for compliance with tender documentation.

• Working with authorized bodies with procurement issues.
