We are always one step ahead, so we are looking for specialists who will strengthen our team and step with us. We are currently looking for a customer relations specialist.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• High level of PC skills, including operational and analytical work in 1C, Pradata, CRM, SAP programs.
• Systematic and consistent performance of management tasks, optimal use of resources for quick and high-quality performance of tasks.
• Ability to establish effective communications with counterparties and process information in accordance with the requirements and needs of the Company.
• Knowledge of the basics document management.
• Teamwork skills, stress resistance, flexibility, concentration and perseverance.

Your duties will include:

• Ensuring timely primary control and processing of customer orders in accordance with the Company's established rules. Implementation of effective electronic and paper document flow in accordance with established procedures. Processing of appeals and prompt resolution of customer needs within the scope of own job duties
• Maintenance of documentation and archiving of the department, service.
• Tabling of employees of the department, service.
