• Ability to debug and optimize processes;

Main tasks (responsibilities):

• Managing web and mobile application development projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely and quality results;

• Planning resources, analysis of possible risks, monitoring of compliance with deadlines and budgets;

• Maintenance of project documentation;

• Management of teams of developers, designers and other specialists, ensuring communication and cooperation between them;

• Communication with the customer;

• Presentation of finished solutions, demo versions, prototypes to the customer;

• Completion of all documentation

Key requirements:

• Understanding and experience of implementing Scrum and Kanban methodologies in projects;

• Understanding the basic concepts of developing mobile applications, web and backend solutions;

• Well-developed communication skills and experience in negotiations;

• Experience in working with Mobile (native) projects;

• Successful experience in managing project teams of more than 7 people;

• Successful experience managing teams working remotely.
