In connection with the expansion, the company SUFFLE AGRO UKRAINE is hiring a Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Extract of invoices, expense invoices and calculations of adjustments operations with sales of Plant Protection Products and Seeds for customers.
• Registration of tax invoices for sales of Plant Protection Products and Seeds for customers.
• Extract of expense invoices and adjustments for grain purchase operations with customers.
• Control over availability of original documents for all transactions with clients (including expense invoices, adjustments, specifications and contracts).
• Working with electronic document management.
• Control of registration of tax invoices/calculations of adjustments from the side of customers for grain procurement operations.
• Controlling payments and providing the accounting department with all the necessary documents for making bank transfers.
• Responding to the requests of customers who contact the customer service department and providing all the necessary information for the implementation of logistics and documentation flow.
• Answers to the requests of sales, procurement and agronomy managers and providing all the necessary information for the logistics and documentation flow.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably economic)
• Confident user of MS Office
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of SAP R/3 will be an advantage
• Communication and ability to work in a team
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Resistance to stress
