JSC "Ukrtransgaz" is considering resumes of candidates for the position of Compliance Expert.

Our expectations:

• Economic and / or legal education, educational degree - not lower than master's/specialist level.
• Work experience from 2 years by direction compliance, audit, internal control, financial monitoring, legal support of the activities of a legal entity, or an authorized person for anti-corruption activities.
• Fluency in the state language, preferably B2 level (Upper-Intermediate - above average).< /li>
• Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), practical experience with SAP, Youcontrol, Megapolis systems and certificates in the field "compliance" will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• checking counterparties in accordance with the Company's internal regulatory documents for sanctions restrictions, corruption risks and other compliance risks, conducting KYC procedures (know your counterparty), verification of the counterparty questionnaire;
• verification of participants in public procurement procedures for compliance with tender documentation requirements;
• collection and processing declarations regarding conflicts of interest and integrity, maintaining and monitoring the register of declarations regarding conflicts of interests and integrity;
• participation in checking candidates for positions in the Company on the subject of compliance risks, conflict of interests and recommendations on the settlement of conflicts of interest and further monitoring of the implementation of recommendations; The line of trust regarding violations of the approved standards of corporate ethics and the Anti-corruption program;
• participation in inspections of employees and structural units of the Company regarding compliance with the Anti-corruption program and the Code of Corporate Ethics.
