We are looking for a specialist in the logistics department who will be responsible for:

• Processing orders from external/internal customers.
• Formation of accompanying documentation.
• Coordination of shipment and control of order arrival to the customer.
• Communication with customers and company divisions.
• Work with electronic document flow.
• Control of financial discipline of clients and availability of original expenditure documents.
• Formation reporting.
• Participation in company projects to improve customer service.
• Participation in inventories.

Our expectations:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.

• Primary knowledge documentation.
• A confident user of MS Office, 1C.
• Experience in automating logistics processes (preferred).
• Communication, responsibility, initiative, independence, attentiveness, skill work in a team.
