Invites you to take up the position of Chief Customer Service Specialist at the Bank's branch. Available vacancies in various districts of the city of Kyiv.

Purpose of the position:

• Offer high-quality settlement and cash service for clients of the Bank — legal entities, offering a full complex services of the Bank in accordance with the approved tariffs, terms, and regulatory documents of the Bank;
• Control over the performance of operational service by branch personnel.

Requirements:

• Higher completed/unfinished education;
• Experience of working in the banking sector in a similar position from the 1st year;
• Experience of managing a team;
• Experience of working with yusib currency;
• Experience in opening accounts for legal entities, including non-residents;
• Knowledge of cash register equipment;
• Knowledge of regulatory documents of the NBU and legislation of Ukraine.

Key responsibilities:

• Organizing the work of the operational staff of the department, carrying out the distribution of work among employees depending on the scope of work in the branch;
• Control of operational staff compliance with the requirements for the organization of operational and cash work, which are regulated by the current normative documents of the NBU and internal normative documents of the Bank;
• Control of documentary and accounting support opening/closing of the banking day, carrying out reconciliation of the operational cash register of the branch in accordance with the procedure established by the Bank;
• Current service of the Bank's clients — legal entities;
• Performing currency control when receiving documents from Clients on transfer /receiving money transfers using the appropriate payment systems with which the Bank works;
• Informing the Client about new products/services of the Bank during its servicing;
• Management document flow, prompt resolution of issues arising from the Clients during the service process;
• Training of new staff and support during the trial period;
• Execution of other management assignments.
