What you will do:
Customer service - individuals, legal entities, sole traders and other business entities of all forms of ownership, self-employed individuals - in accordance with the quality standards of customer service for the entire range of banking operations and products - consultations, sales and cross- sales of the Bank's products and services;
- Providing consultations, providing full and high-quality service to clients on settlement and cash service issues, current and deposit accounts, lending to customers, issuing payment cards, making money transfers, etc.;
- Opening, support and formation and management of cases on the legal registration of accounts of individuals, legal entities individuals, sole traders and other business entities of all forms of ownership, self-employed individuals;
- Preliminary analysis of submitted documents for compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine;

- Performance of formation and proper storage of legal files of clients of the Branch;
- Performance of daily formation of memorial documents for the branch in the established Bank of order;
Identification, verification and study of the Bank's clients and financial monitoring.
Required experience:
- Work experience in the banking sector from 1 year;
- High communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Ability to work with clients in conditions of high flow.
