What will you do:

Customer service - individuals, legal entities, sole proprietorships and other business entities of all forms of ownership, self-employed individuals - in accordance with the quality standards of customer service for the entire range of banking operations and products - consultations, sales and cross-selling of products and services of the Bank;

• Provision of consultations, provision of full and high-quality service to clients on settlement and cash services, current and deposit accounts, lending to clients, issuance of payment cards, making money transfers, etc.;

  • Opening, support and formation and management of cases on the legal registration of accounts of individuals, legal entities, sole traders and other business entities of all forms of ownership, self-employed individuals;
  • Performance of a preliminary analysis of documents for compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
  • Formation and provision of proper storage of legal files of clients of the Branch;
  • Performance of daily formation of memorial documents for the branch in accordance with the procedure established by the Bank;

  Identification, verification and study of Bank clients and financial monitoring.

  Required experience:

  - Experience in banking from 1 year;

  - High sociability and ability to work in a team;

  - Knowledge of banking products and services;

  - Ability to work with clients in conditions of a large flow .
