The company "Bank Credit Dnipro, JSC" invites to work a Leading customer service specialist in the city of Kyiv

What you will do:

Customer service - individuals, legal entities, FPOs and other business entities of all forms of ownership, self-employed individuals - in accordance with the quality standards of customer service for the entire range of banking operations and products - consultations, sales and cross-sales of the Bank's products and services;

• Providing consultations, providing full and high-quality service to clients on settlement and cash service, current and deposit accounts, crediting clients, issuing payment cards, making money transfers, etc.;
• Opening, supporting and forming and managing cases on the legal registration of accounts of individuals, legal entities, sole proprietorships and other business entities of all forms of ownership, self-employed individuals;
• Preliminary analysis of submitted documents for compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• Formation and provision of proper storage of legal files of clients of the Branch;
• Performance of daily formation of memorial documents for the branch in accordance with the procedure established by the Bank;

Conducting identification, verification and study of the Bank's clients and financial monitoring.

Required experience:

- Work experience in the banking sector from 1 year;

- High communication skills and the ability to work in a team;

- Knowledge of banking products and services;

- Ability to work with clients in high flow conditions.
