Customer Service Representative in Uki Service

We, the UKi Service team, provide outsourcing services to healthcare companies located in America. We cooperate with many companies located in 15 states. We work on their databases and help with various tasks related to user support. We are NOT selling, but we are responsible for timely payments. We make calls to our customers with the purpose of providing or clarifying information, and since they are native speakers, this is a great opportunity to practice English communication and overcome the language barrier!

• Salary from UAH 12,000 to 18,000/month depending on the level of English and on time payment;
• Working schedule from Monday to Friday,8 hours/day, from 15:00 to 23:00 or from 16:00 to 00 :00;

• accept calls from customers (no cold calls);
