Customer Service Operator (Polish B2) in Pexly

Our fast-growing company is looking for a customer service operator with knowledge of the Polish language at the B2 level.

This is a full-time remote job.

Schedule:

Working days: 5 working days and 2 weekends.

Working hours: changes in the range of 24/ (depending on the needs of the project). style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">At Pexly you have a great opportunity to get:

Duties:

• Providing customer support via calls and chat in Polish;
• Assisting customers with questions about orders and deliveries, and general inquiries;
• Resolving issues related to payments or using the application;
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team;
• Fixing customer inquiries and feedback communication;
• Performance of other related tasks of the support service.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Possess Polish at B2 level;
• Have basic knowledge computer;
• Have previous customer service experience
• Have strong problem-solving skills;
• Able to work in stressful situations while remaining calm, respectful and empathetic towards customers;
• Able to maintain concentration while working remotely.
• Self-employment: we will enter into a contract with you as an independent entrepreneur.(FOP)
