Chat operator, Support Specialist (no experience) in Aroma Boutique

The company "Aroma Boutique" is a leading manufacturer and seller of natural cosmetics in the city of Kyiv. Currently, due to staff expansion, we are looking for a chat operator, Support Specialist, who wants to develop and gain interesting work experience in our company.

Tasks:

- Conducting chat with customers and providing them with consulting services
- Solving and answering customer questions about products
- Supporting customers in solving their problems and complaints
- Dealing with mail and requests through social media networks

Requirements:

- High command of Ukrainian and Russian languages
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work in a team
- Responsibility and attention to detail
