The Polish education center "Posvita" is looking for an energetic and motivated person for the position of "Customer Relations Manager". For 12 years, our company has been successfully helping Ukrainian youth to realize the best educational opportunities in Poland, providing comprehensive services for preparation and support for admission to leading state and private universities.

• knows the Polish language or is ready to quickly learn it at our school;

Responsibilities:

• work with university websites, searching for information;
• consulting students and their parents on admission and study at Polish universities and company services;
• work in the CRM system, customer base support;
• work with documents, questionnaires, recruitment platforms;
• support of parents and applicants during the preparation for admission.

We offer:

• salary from UAH 18,000 to UAH 45,000 (rate + bonuses);
• work schedule: Mon - Fri, 10 :00 - 19:00;
• convenient office in the center of Kyiv (Zoloty Vorota metro station, Teatralna);
• trial period - 2 months;
