Leasing Manager in Gulliver

Try O LLC has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 1995, and is currently the developer and managing company of a multifunctional complex in the center of Kyiv - BFC Gulliver. 

We are looking for a rental manager to join our team.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience as a rental manager Shopping centers and commercial centers from 2 years old
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market
• Knowledge of the procedure documentary  work with tenants
• Experience in agreeing lease agreements, conducting negotiations
• A confident user of 1C, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the English language Intermediate< /li>

Responsibilities:

• Searching for potential tenants and carrying out work aimed at concluding lease agreements, conducting negotiations. Cooperation with external brokers in attracting new tenants.
• Participation in the work of concluding lease agreements, agreeing commercial conditions, monitoring the timeliness of concluding and extending contracts. 
• Accompanying tenants (current and potential) on all issues related to the lease of the Company's premises.
• Control of payment discipline, taking measures to ensure the timely receipt of funds for leased premises. 
• Processing of incoming documentation, keeping reports.
